Established in 1989, Precision Labels was a privately owned specialist label manufacturer to the wine industry. It achieved consistent double digit growth throughout the 90’s and has earned a reputation as one of Australia’s leading producers of wine labels. In 2003 it was acquired by the Labelmakers Group.
Labelmakers Wine Division (formerly Precision Labels) remains focused on supplying high quality wine labels to both domestic and export markets. Demands for both high and low volume labels from Australia’s major wine producers have been driving the growth of our print capacity. We have also invested in new state of the art, servo technology to offer both quality and flexibility to its customers. Labelmakers continued to grow its market share in wine with the acqusition of Western Australian printer LabelPower in 2004.
Labelmakers has developed self-adhesive substrates specifically for the wine industry. These include cast gloss, metallised and uncoated papers with membranes to offer protection against moisture penetration.
All labels manufactured at Labelmakers Wine Division are produced to strict quality standards.
